This group helps men address both how they as men are wounded by the culture and also how they often wound others by acting arrogant and entitled. We find that men’s growth is most often stymied because of their lack of relational skills and connection, not only with other men and women but sadly also with themselves. In this group men are supported in the essential journey through which they recover their ability to be relational and to experience their connectedness with themselves, other men and women and all of life.

Many women today, though they are empowered and effective in their work lives, still find that they are disempowered and “lose themselves” in their relationships. This group supports women in learning how to maintain a strong sense of self while continuing to be loving and connected with their partners, families, friends and even co-workers. Our goal is to enable women to bring both power and empathy into all their relationships.
